I believe that social networking is entirely innovative and an exciting field because it is fairly new. There is so much about it to be discovered which is why there is a lot of "trial and error" that comes with the use of social networking sites. One site prominently used is Facebook. Almost all of us use it, typically in the 20-years and older demographic since a lot of younger people consider it outdated. The complex thing about Facebook is that people long to be private while being public which is a bit contradictory. We tend to put information out there that we want people to see but not everyone to see which is why Facebook has many complicates privacy and security settings. I said something very similar! I believe technology will be advanced so that through video chat people can replicate a sense of feeling or something very similar.
ReplyDeleteThis suggestion would be interesting and cool in the future. Being able to touch or feeling through video chat is close to what Virtual Reality could do or they would have similiar features. Great idea!

I think that Apple is working on something on the lines, a feature they already have on iPhones and Apple Watches, where you can see when someone sends their 'heartbeat' from one end of the phone/watch to another. Still think this is way too far to be a concept even before our time on earth is past, but it's an idea nonetheless.

ReplyDeleteThis idea is pretty fresh, and the though of that sounds bizarre, but at the same time astounding. I cannot imagining video chatting someone and having the ability to touch them. If this happens, then distance wouldn't really be a problem for most people.
